Andrew G.Minney
Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from U.C. Irvine, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree at John F. Kennedy School of Law in December of 1998. Andrew was admitted to the California Bar in June of 1999. Andrew has also been a member of the Contra Costa County Inn of Court which is an organization dedicated to increasing professionalism, civility and ethics among members of the bar. Further, he is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of Defense Counsel.
Andrew has been a civil litigator since 1999, and currently focuses exclusively on litigation involving schools, education law and charter school litigation. Prior to coming on board with MYM, Andrew worked for a Sacramento litigation firm for seven years where he handled numerous complex and high exposure cases. Prior to that he spent two years litigating cases as an associate with a Walnut Creek branch of a statewide insurance defense firm.
